Return Policy AKA: What If You Hate It?

We get it—sometimes life gives you lemons, and sometimes it gives you bumper stickers you regret buying at 2 a.m. No judgment here. Let’s talk returns.


Can I Return This?

  • Yes, if it’s within 30 days of delivery and the item is still in its mint, never-been-used, fresh-off-the-printer condition. Basically, it needs to look like it hasn’t been used.
  • You’ll also need proof of purchase. A screenshot, email, or interpretive dance that explains where you bought it works for us.



Non-Returnable Items

Sorry, some things are a no-go:

  • Custom or personalized items (because nobody wants your "Daniel 4eva" bumper sticker but you).
  • Digital downloads or items marked "Final Sale" (because final means final, even if you thought you bought a pineapple pizza).



How Do I Return It?

  1. Shoot us an email at [email protected] with your order number and your best "oops, I need to return this" story.
  2. Follow the instructions we send back. No carrier pigeons, please.



Refunds

  • If your return gets the thumbs-up, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. That’s faster than my toddler deciding he doesn’t like peas, I promise.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method. No, we can’t mail you a check, and yes, your credit card will forgive you.



Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Why? Because the post office doesn’t work for free, and neither do we.
  • You’ll cover return shipping unless we messed up. In that case, we’ll grovel and cover it for you.



Exchanges

Did we send you the wrong thing or a product that looks like it went through a tornado? Email us within 7 days, and we’ll fix it faster than you can say "Oops, I need this fixed."
